Dr. Tristan Alley (he/him) is a chiropractor known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care. He earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Husson University. Tristan works with people who want clear explanations, individualized care, and a realistic path toward feeling and functioning better.
Dr. Alley practices with the belief that pain and dysfunction are rarely isolated problems. His care blends hands-on chiropractic treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and holistic lifestyle support to help patients not only feel relief but also understand why their body is responding the way it is and develop meaningful strategies for creating change. His clinical background includes training in physical rehabilitation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), McKenzie Method, Webster Technique, SOT, Activator, and a wide range of soft-tissue and manual adjusting techniques.

Outside the clinic, Tristan enjoys hiking, crocheting, cooking, and spending time outdoors with his pup Nova.
